After years of research, Seb finally discovered moringa, affectionately referred to as the “Miracle Tree”, while living in Uganda. Moringa is known for its unusually high nutrient density, which has led many people to refer to it as “nature’s multivitamin”.

Widely considered the healthiest leafy green on the plant, moringa’s full-spectrum of highly bioavailable nutrients was the final ingredient needed to complete his master formula.

However, he soon realized that not only did this plant contain a host of nutritional benefits, it may even hold the key to solving malnutrition, thanks to its concentration of nutrients that are commonly absent in malnourished populations (vitamin A, iron and protein). To top it off, moringa also grows abundantly in all of the world’s most undernourished regions.

This powerful plant became the catalyst for changing the way Seb thought about nutrition and global food security.

Once the foundation of the formula had been developed, Sebastian traveled the globe in search of the optimal growing conditions for each ingredient. That journey took him from Africa to Asia and then Latin America on the hunt for the world’s best. He ultimately found his way to Los Angeles, where he first connected with co-founders Kaytee Long Becker and Noah Becker, both of whom were already deeply committed to their health and wellness journey.

After becoming close friends and realizing their shared dream of helping people feel better and heal through nutrition, the three committed to uniting fronts and bringing Seb’s formula to the masses in a simple-to-use, whole food powder formula.

Over the summer of 2022, they spent two months in Kaytee and Noah’s kitchen formulating the earliest hand batch versions of their flagship product - Dark German Techno Chocolate.

The result is Nutrigazm's eleven whole food ingredient formulation, which combines ingredients that have been used in cultures around the world for centuries, each recognized for their remarkable nutritional value and ability to thrive in the most extreme climates.
