Hi, and thank you for being here! I started Nutrigazm to help you thrive and feel amazing in your own skin. And from my experience, this starts with food.

I’m Kaytee Long Becker, a long time fitness and wellness enthusiast - I love yoga, snow skiing, basketball, and good ol’ fashioned weight lifting, to name a few interests. I’m also a GRAMMY-winning publicist, musician, and someone who spent years struggling with disordered eating and body dysmorphia from age 9. For a majority of my life, I constantly wrestled with pressure to fit in and battled the reflection in the mirror. It was exhausting and consumed my life. I remember lying on my floor at 29 thinking, “all I want is to be happy in my own skin.”

A couple of years later, I stumbled upon the phrase “choose love over fear,” and those four words changed everything. I stopped eating out of fear—fear of gaining weight—and started fueling myself with clean, vibrant food. I became aware of how processed foods drained my energy and clarity, while whole, unprocessed foods made me feel alive and empowered. My energy levels soared, my mood lifted, and the relentless critic in my head finally quieted after 20+ years.

For the first time, I truly loved myself and felt at home in my own skin.

I founded Nutrigazm to help other women (and people of all shapes, sizes, colors, and identities) feel incredible from the inside out. It’s about nourishing yourself with real, high quality food, finding freedom, and being empowered to unapologetically be yourself. Because you deserve to THRIVE.
