I created Nutrigazm because I wanted to feel safe in my body.

Hi, I’m Kaytee, founder of Nutrigazm.

01 / The beginning

For most of my life, food felt... complicated.

I struggled with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, perfectionism, and the quiet belief that my worth was tied to how I looked.

And food felt like the thing I could control.

At the same time, I was building a high-pressure career in the music industry as a GRAMMY-winning publicist. From the outside, I looked successful, driven, and capable. But behind the scenes, I was addicted to hustle culture, running on adrenaline, self-pressure, and the feeling that I had to keep proving I was enough.

I learned to relate to food through fear: fear of gaining weight, fear of taking up too much space, fear that I was never quite doing enough.

And for years, I carried that quietly.

Until one night, crying on the floor of my apartment in LA, something in me broke open. I remember begging for peace, freedom, and a way to come home to myself.

The answer that came through was simple:

Love over fear

And suddenly, everything clicked. That phrase became my North Star.

What if I nourished myself because I loved my body, not because I was trying to control it?

What if I ate to feel energized, clear, and supported, not to shrink?

What if taking care of myself wasn’t another performance, but a daily return to safety?

That shift changed everything.

02 / A new foundation

Nutrition became the first place I stopped abandoning myself.

Nutrition became one of the first ways I learned to trust myself again. It became my baseline. My foundation. The thing I could return to on the hard days, the full days, the grieving days, the dancing-until-sunrise days, the building-a-business days.

Chief Web Officer

Noah Becker, my husband and our Chief Web Officer, brings a brilliant mind for systems, growth, and user experience. He helps make sure Nutrigazm grows with integrity and creates an experience people can trust.
