Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring Nutrigazm orders work. It applies when you choose a subscription purchase option on nutrigazm.com.
Subscription Offer
Eligible Nutrigazm products may be available at three-week, six-week, monthly, or every-two-month intervals. Current subscription offers provide 15% off each recurring order, beginning with the first order.
The product, quantity, delivery frequency, price, discount, shipping charges, taxes, and other material terms shown when you enroll are part of your subscription. The checkout confirmation controls if it differs from a general description in this policy.
Subscriptions do not have a fixed end date. They continue until you or Nutrigazm cancel them.
Recurring Charges and Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize Nutrigazm and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each recurring order, including the product price and any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
Charges are processed according to the delivery frequency you select. The amount charged may vary if you change products or quantities, applicable taxes or shipping rates change, or Nutrigazm gives you advance notice of an approved price or benefit change.
You will receive an acknowledgment of your subscription and may receive upcoming-order, payment, renewal, and other service notices. Nutrigazm will provide any additional reminders required by applicable law.
Managing Your Subscription
The Nutrigazm subscription portal is the primary way to manage a subscription. Depending on the available settings, you may use the portal to:
- cancel, pause, or resume a subscription;
- skip an upcoming order;
- change an eligible product or quantity; and
- update your shipping address.
The current portal does not support changing the delivery frequency or manually rescheduling the next order. For help with those changes, contact hello@nutrigazm.com before the next charge is processed.
Changes apply only to orders that have not yet been charged and processed. We cannot guarantee that a change requested after processing begins can be applied to that order.
Cancellation
You may cancel an online subscription through the online customer portal at any time before the next renewal charge is processed. You may also request help by emailing hello@nutrigazm.com.
Cancellation stops future unprocessed renewal orders. If a renewal charge has already been processed, cancellation will apply to later orders and will not automatically cancel or refund the processed order. That order may qualify for a return only under the Nutrigazm Refund Policy or applicable law.
